Baked sweet and sour chicken. I went into this thinking it was going to be exactly like Panda Express orange chicken. IT was different. It wasn't bad. I would make it again for sure. IT was just different. Just go in not expecting that ok? So the chicken, after being baked for so long, was actually not dried out at all! The sauce was good, and I really liked this recipe. I would make it again. Served with rice, which I think was a good choice. Maybe try with fried rice next time for something different?
