Lasagna Roll-ups. Super easy. Was able to just make a couple, and didn't have to have a huge pan of lasagna left over! Just cooked the noodles, spread on the cheese (I used the ricotta like in the recipe, but I am sure you could do cottage), and then just rolled it up and covered with sauce. Turned out so good! Will definitely make these again. Could even make in advance and freeze maybe?? Also, I had to buy a container of ricotta, and didn't use it all. You can freeze it! Just a little tip there! Would recommend these for sure!
