So, in an attempt to try and get this going again, because it was really helpful when it came time for shopping, I am posting my dinner list for this week.
BBQ baked chicken (I threw in the frozen chicken with bbq sauce and baked. not too bad actually!)
stuffed shells
potstickers and asian noodles ** recipe after the list
chicken sandwhiches with the- ham and cheese - like a cheater cordon bleu
baked shiska bobs - these are my new favorite just made in the oven and less time sticking it all.

Asian Ramen Noodles
Oriental Ramen Noodles - we used 2 packages
carrots
celery (if you have it, I don't always have it on hand.)
soy sauce
cook noodles according to directions, but save seasonings packet for later.
Drain fully cooked noodles. While noodles are cooking, cut up celery and carrots into
small pieces. I just put them in a sandwhich bag, with some water and "steam" in the microwave.
(the vegetable setting.) After noodles are drained, add about 1 tbsp of oil in pan (this is how
Paul does it, I would have done without) add noodles back into pan, add vegetables, and
1 1/2 of the seasonings packet. Add a splash of soy sauce....
It was pretty yummy. This time it was stickier than last - because of less oil in the pan -
I guess. Anyway, a different take on the fried rice dinner.
