So I found this recipe for Cranberry banana bread. I had extra bananas, and wanted something cranberry-y. I found this recipe and decided to give it a try. (Just fyi, the above picture looks a little messy but I had just taken it out of the pan and was still pretty hot, so it didn't hold its shape very well). It baked really nice and was an easy recipe to make. The taste is pretty good, I would make it again. Its just what it is, banana and cranberry! Kind of interesting flavor combination....not two flavors I would normally associate together! But it was yummy, I liked it!
