peppers and polska

Nothing new to try this week, just trying to keep the oven off and the kitchen cool!

    My menu is short this week due to vacations. It is Wednesday, I am having stuffed shells, tomorrow is kalua pork, if I can remember to put it in tonight, then I am on my own for two nights, so it is whatever I can find that is easy.
